Warranty Repairs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If your watch issue is covered under our Limited 2-Year Warranty<\/strong>, repair service will be provided free of charge<\/strong> for eligible defects in materials or workmanship.

To initiate a warranty repair:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Contact us at info@velourawatches.shop<\/strong> with your order number, proof of purchase, and a description (and photos) of the issue.

  2. Our team will confirm warranty eligibility and provide a Return Authorization (RA)<\/strong> number with detailed shipping instructions.

  3. Once received, your watch will be inspected and repaired or replaced.

  4. Customers are responsible for shipping the watch to our service center; Velourawatches covers the cost of return shipping within the U.S. for valid warranty repairs.
