Return Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We accept returns for <strong>unworn, unused, and undamaged items<\/strong> in their original packaging within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of delivery. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you received the product damaged, just don&#8217;t mess with it and simply take pictures and send it to us. We accept returns, refunds, and exchanges for both defective and non-defective items but make sure you meet the following requirements to be eligible: <br>To complete a return, please ensure:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The watch has no signs of wear, alteration, or damage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags are included.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A proof of purchase or order number is provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customized, engraved, clearance, or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Return Authorization (RMA)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Before sending your item back, please contact us at <a>info@velourawatches.shop<\/a> with your order number and reason for return.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return label is included in the package but only valid once your refund, return, or exchange request is approved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We will issue a <strong>Return Authorization (RA) number<\/strong> and provide shipping instructions about how to ship the product back through mail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.
