Each Velourawatch is crafted with care, precision, and attention to detail. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a <strong>Limited 2-Year Warranty<\/strong> to ensure your complete peace of mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Warranty Coverage<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our<strong> Limited Warranty<\/strong> covers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the original purchase date.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>During this warranty period, if your watch proves to be defective due to materials or workmanship, Velourawatches will, at its discretion:<br>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Repair the watch at no charge,<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Replace it with the same model or one of equal value, or<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refund the purchase price if neither repair nor replacement is feasible.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What\u2019s Not Covered<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This limited warranty <strong>does not cover<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, aging, or changes in color of the wood, metal, or leather components)<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Battery life or replacement<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Straps, bands, crystals, or clasps damaged through normal use<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damage resulting from:<br>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Accidents, misuse, negligence, or improper care<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Water damage (unless specifically marked as water-resistant)<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unauthorized repairs or modifications<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opening the case back or tampering with internal components<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Opening or altering the case back of our watches by anyone other than an authorized service technician will void this warranty.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Warranty Claim Process<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To submit a warranty claim:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contact our Service Department at info@velourawatches.shop with your order number, proof of purchase, and a description (with photos) of the issue.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our team will review your claim and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number with shipping instructions.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once your watch is received and inspected, we\u2019ll notify you of the repair, replacement, or refund status within 7\u201310 business days.<br><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Warranty Repairs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Warranty repairs are performed free of charge for eligible defects.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customers are responsible for shipping the watch to our service center.
