At Velourawatches, we are committed to helping you keep your watch performing and looking its best. Whether your timepiece needs a battery replacement, band adjustment, or full service, our repair team is here to assist.
Warranty Repairs
If your watch issue is covered under our Limited 2-Year Warranty, repair service will be provided free of charge for eligible defects in materials or workmanship.

To initiate a warranty repair:
- Contact us at info@velourawatches.shop with your order number, proof of purchase, and a description (and photos) of the issue.
- Our team will confirm warranty eligibility and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number with detailed shipping instructions.
- Once received, your watch will be inspected and repaired or replaced.
- Customers are responsible for shipping the watch to our service center; Velourawatches covers the cost of return shipping within the U.S. for valid warranty repairs.
Out-of-Warranty Repairs
If your watch is no longer covered under warranty, we still offer professional repair and maintenance services.
Out-of-warranty repairs include (but are not limited to):
- Battery replacement
- Strap, band, or clasp replacement
- Crystal replacement
- Internal mechanism service or adjustment
To request a repair quote:
- Email info@velourawatches.shop with your full name, order number (if available), and a brief description of the issue.
- Our team will provide an estimated repair cost and timeline before you send your watch in.
- Once approved, we’ll issue an RA number and instructions for safely mailing your watch to our service department.
Service Fees & Timelines
- Battery Replacement: From $35
- Band or Strap Replacement: From $45
- Crystal Replacement: From $60
- General Repairs: Starting at $75 (based on issue)
- Inspection Fee: If you decline a repair quote after inspection, a $20 service handling fee may apply.
- Average Turnaround: Repairs are typically completed within 3–5 weeks after we receive your watch.
Please note: Estimates are provided before any work begins. Payment for repair services is due prior to return shipment.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for shipping watches to our repair center.
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
- Velourawatches is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit to our facility.
- For approved repairs, return shipping to you is covered by Velourawatches within the U.S.

Communication & Follow-up
- We will notify you by email when your watch has been received.
- If the issue is not covered under warranty, you’ll receive a quote for approval.
- Once your repair is completed, we’ll email you a tracking number for return shipment.
- If we are unable to reach you after 3 contact attempts over a 60-day period, the watch may be held until further notice or returned un-repaired at your expense.
