Thank you for choosing Velourawatches. Each Velourawatch is crafted with care, precision, and attention to detail. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a Limited 2-Year Warranty to ensure your complete peace of mind.
Warranty Coverage
Our Limited Warranty covers:
- Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the original purchase date.
- During this warranty period, if your watch proves to be defective due to materials or workmanship, Velourawatches will, at its discretion:
- Repair the watch at no charge,
- Replace it with the same model or one of equal value, or
- Refund the purchase price if neither repair nor replacement is feasible.

What’s Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, aging, or changes in color of the wood, metal, or leather components)
- Battery life or replacement
- Straps, bands, crystals, or clasps damaged through normal use
- Damage resulting from:
- Accidents, misuse, negligence, or improper care
- Water damage (unless specifically marked as water-resistant)
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Opening the case back or tampering with internal components
- Accidents, misuse, negligence, or improper care
Opening or altering the case back of our watches by anyone other than an authorized service technician will void this warranty.
Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim:
- Contact our Service Department at info@velourawatches.shop with your order number, proof of purchase, and a description (with photos) of the issue.
- Our team will review your claim and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number with shipping instructions.
- Once your watch is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the repair, replacement, or refund status within 7–10 business days.
Warranty Repairs
- Warranty repairs are performed free of charge for eligible defects.
- Customers are responsible for shipping the watch to our service center. Velourawatches will cover the cost of return shipping for valid warranty repairs within the United States.
- If the issue is determined to be outside warranty coverage, we will provide a repair quote before proceeding.
Proof of Purchase
Warranty service requires proof of purchase from our website “Velourawatches.shop”:
- A receipt of the prchase, or
- Any other document of the watch that shows its originality.
Watches purchased from unauthorized resellers or secondhand sources (including third-party marketplaces) are not covered under this warranty.
Warranty Period
- Duration: Two (2) years from the date of original purchase.
- The warranty period does not reset after a repair or replacement; it continues from the original purchase date.
Limitation of Liability
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state.
Velourawatches’ responsibility is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the product as described above.
Velourawatches is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
