Q. Where does Velourawatches ship?

Ans. We currently ship only within the United States.
International shipping, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and non-contiguous U.S. territories are not supported at this time.

Q. How long does shipping take?
Ans.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Transit Time: 3–7 business days
    (Delays may occur during holidays, peak seasons, or severe weather)

Q. Do you offer free shipping?

Ans. Yes, standard U.S. shipping is completely free on all orders.

Q. How can I track my order?

Ans. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link.

Q. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Ans. Yes, within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once processing begins or the order ships, changes cannot be made.

Q. What is your return policy?

Ans. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in original packaging.
You must include:

  • All accessories, manuals, and tags
  • Original packaging
  • Proof of purchase
    Custom, engraved, clearance, or final-sale items are not eligible unless defective.

Q. How do I start a return or request a refund?

Ans. Email info@velourawatches.shop with your order number and reason.
You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after your return is inspected and approved.

Q. Are return shipping costs covered?
Ans.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • Velourawatches covers return shipping only when our error caused the issue.

Q. Do you offer exchanges?

Ans. Yes, within 14 days of delivery, for the same model or a different model of equal value.
Customers pay exchange-related shipping unless the item was defective.

Q. What happens if my package is lost or marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it?

Ans. If the carrier marks it Delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a trace.
Velourawatches is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
For packages lost in transit, email us and we’ll help file a claim.
