Thank you for shopping with Velourawatches. We take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our watches. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
- We accept returns for unworn, unused, and undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
- If you received the product damaged, just don’t mess with it and simply take pictures and send it to us. We accept returns, refunds, and exchanges for both defective and non-defective items but make sure you meet the following requirements to be eligible:
To complete a return, please ensure:- The watch has no signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags are included.
- A proof of purchase or order number is provided.
- Customized, engraved, clearance, or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.
2. Return Authorization (RMA)
- Before sending your item back, please contact us at info@velourawatches.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- Return label is included in the package but only valid once your refund, return, or exchange request is approved.
- We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide shipping instructions about how to ship the product back through mail.
- Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days after approval.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- If your item is returned after the 14-day window or without proper authorization, it may be subject to a restocking fee or returned to you at your expense.
4. Exchanges
- We’re happy to exchange an item for a different model or color of equal value within 14 days of delivery.
- Contact us at info@velourawatches.shop to confirm availability before sending your item back.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the item was defective or incorrect.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@velourawatches.shop with clear photos and a brief description.
- We’ll review the claim and either:
- Replace the item at no charge, or
- Issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring your package.
- Velourawatches is not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.

7. Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
- Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process above.
