Shipping Coverage
At this time, Velourawatches ships only within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping, including U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or PO boxes outside the contiguous U.S.
Shipping Method
We currently offer one standard shipping option:
- Standard Shipping (3–7 Business Days)
Orders are shipped via trusted U.S. carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your delivery location.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Order Transit time for all destinations in the US is 2-4 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Please note that processing times are separate from delivery times.
Shipping Fees
- Standard Shipping: Free on all U.S. orders.
(Velourawatches covers the cost of standard shipping as part of our customer commitment.) - Expedited or express shipping options are not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time.
If you do not receive your tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@velourawatches.shop.
Delivery Time Estimates
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier volume, especially during peak seasons or severe weather events.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Continental U.S.: 3–7 business days
Order Changes & Address Corrections
If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us at info@velourawatches.shop within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Velourawatches is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
- If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a trace.
- If a package is delayed or lost in transit, contact us at info@velourawatches.shop — we’ll assist in filing a claim or replacement where possible.
Holidays & Peak Periods
Please note that shipping and delivery times may be longer during holiday seasons, sales events, or national emergencies due to carrier delays outside our control.
